Welcome to my Website

I am Georgeanne Ross from Oxford, Mississippi. This 

website's "about" page gives a complete history of 

how I became the original "Gritgirl" and how I started 

Delta Grind, a small, family-owned business that 

offers the freshest possible products that are never 

stored: stone-ground grits, cornmeal, masa, and polenta. 

We are now doing business as The Original GritGirl. 

Orders are taken through Friday; fresh corn is bought 

on Saturday; products are stone ground on Sunday and 

shipped or hand-delivered on Monday and Tuesday. We 

are wholesale only and provide our products to some of 

the country's finest chefs and restaurants. We are

currently shipping all over the United States.
